REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are specifically stated as non-returnable due to whatever reason(s) specified. Additional non-returnable items include software products. Delivery/Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 240 MacPherson Road #06-01A, Singapore 348574. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery/shipping costs for returning your item.

 

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received a refund 14 days after you receive our refund approval, please check your payment gateway account again and then contact the respective payment gateway institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiry@buyonlinelah.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery/shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiry@buyonlinelah.com before you send your item to: 240 MacPherson Road #06-01A, Singapore 348574.

We offer no guarantee towards the receiving of your returned item. Hence, you are advised to use delivery/shipping service that offers tracking or purchase delivery/shipping insurance.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
